This policy explains how the LLIMAGER™ Companion Mobile App handles your data during field verification.
The App requires camera access to scan QR identifiers. We do not store or transmit any images from your device’s photo library.
The App can capture precise GPS coordinates. This is an OPT-IN feature used for physical chain-of-custody verification.
Metadata (Serial Numbers, Timestamps, GPS) is encrypted via TLS 1.3 and transmitted directly to the Portal.
Scanned metadata is purged from the mobile device’s cache immediately upon successful upload to the Portal.
Metadata is hashed and anchored to a Third-Party Blockchain. PII is never written to the public ledger. Licensee acknowledges that the Blockchain is an immutable ledger. To fulfill "Right to be Forgotten" requests while maintaining forensic integrity, the Company utilizes a "Salt-Deletion" protocol. Upon a valid erasure request, the Company shall permanently destroy the unique off-chain Secret Salt associated with the record. This action renders the on-chain metadata hash mathematically un-linkable to any identifiable individual or Portal record. The remaining forensic image hash and timestamp are non-identifying data points and are retained to ensure the permanent, verifiable integrity of the original forensic acquisition
Erasure requests are fulfilled via "Crypto-Shredding" of the off-chain Salt, rendering the blockchain entry anonymized.
We disclose that "Location" and "Identifiers" are collected and linked to your account for functional purposes. We do not track your activity across third-party apps for advertising purposes. Scan history is not stored on the mobile device; all history is managed via the Cloud Portal.
